Tribute was paid today to the families who lost loved ones in the 7 July 2005 London bombing. Attended by the Prime Minister and the Minister for London, Tessa Jowell, Prince Charles unveiled the 52-pillar memorial representing the 52 people who died in the London Bombing.
I had just read the controversy over the GCSE creation question and I next dipped into my mail box and found Philip Yancey’s “A Whole Good World Outside.” He had recalled the shadow 9/11 had cast but then Yancey sees a brightness beyond what evil can’t extinguish. For all who feel pain through the evil in this world he paints another picture.
